PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. What a nutjob. I do fear for their blood pressure, and partner.1 -

The house was sold last year, so the new owner has lived there for less than 12 months.0 -

I have just looked on the councils planning website, there were plans submitted but withdrawn to build 2 flats at the rear. Instead, they converted an outbuilding into dwellings. So that has likely upset someone.0 -

So that has likely upset someone. Is the converted outbuilding the one with the van parked in front of it in the picture? Presumably it wasn't the current owner of number 2 who sold the outbuilding for development? If this driveway is the only means of access to the dwellings in the converted outbuildings then it could get very messy... unless a right of access was granted before they were sold away from number 2.0 -
