There is one thing that's been nagging in my mind - is there any chance someone else's evidence has been misfiled, the review team haven't noticed it's not for the right person, and come to the wrong conclusion?  I don't mean it in a conspiracy theory 'this is always happening' way, but a genuine, 'is it beyond the realms of possibility'?  Since evidence is scanned in by humans, as far as I understand.  Of course there are no doubt safeguards against that but, nothing is completely foolproof.
Definitely possible there is a person mismatch in information they've used.. but slightly lessened perhaps by the medical record submission by the claimant themselves. Medical records and documents notably won't likely carry NiNos which is the DWP unique identifier. I've a feeling in this case it unlikely.

After reading the OPs previous threads this begins to make more sense.
Certainly does. I think this goes a lot deeper than PIP.

I mean the fact that you have many threads relating to how much capital you are allowed on UC along with threads about withdrawing thousands at a time, owning another property which you dot live in along with threads about Turkey, Saudi and Paris I would hope that your social media is not as telling as your posts on here.
It could be raising alarm bells hance why UC and PIP seem to be looking deeper into your circumstances.
what has our Capital got to do with my wife's PIP

Are people not allowed holiday whilst on UC or PIP?

for the level of points your wife got i would be surprised if she could make it out the front door let alone go to France using public transport etc.
We don't control what the assessor awards we just answered the questions honestly explaining her difficulties.
Maybe next time if you have nothing constructive to add keep your sly comments to yourself.
Perhaps you don't understand how a public forum works. Anybody can comment and say what they want even if you don't like the answer so long as it is within forum rules

Not sure what that has to do with the amount of points a person may have scored. Scoring high points doesn't mean a person can't go out or go away on holiday.

I claim Enhanced for both parts and scored 12 points for both. Do I go out? Yes. Do I go on holiday? yes, once a year abroad. Do I use public transport? No because I drive and have a mobility car. I claim for physical conditions.

My daughter also claims PIP Enhanced for both parts. She scored 18 points for daily living and 12 for mobility. She has Autism and a learning disability. Does she go out and on holiday? yes she does, with me but doesn't go out alone. Does she use public transport? no because she lives with me and we have a car but she couldn't use public transport alone.

OPs wife scored 20 for daily living and 22 for mobility. With that level of points you would expect some difficulty  using public transport for the duration of a holiday.

Little bit(!) different from 'can't step out the front door' though …
[I'm not sure how you're inferring from the post history that their wife doesn't have difficulty using public transport.  I agree their post history doesn't look great in terms of UC, but that's irrelevant to PIP.]

Just to say.. the Op rejects the level of disability assessed in the report... so  if I'm understanding correctly both the DWP and claimant have or will consider the report trash. My advice would go further and say the claimant has to reject that report (ignoring it is fine since it was effectively not used for a decision) to retain any credibility over the history of the claim... as I said to the Op... there is a trap... do not walk into it... get greedy get skint.
