    No need to assume anything,  you follow the advice in the 8 steps in the defence template thread 

    Download the N180,  fill it in and email it as an attachment to both parties,  CNBC and the lawyers too

    No paperwork required,  no scans,  no posting anything

    Tbh sending it to the other side is a waste of time, i only ever send them to the court.

    I did wonder this to be fair. I thought its a bit odd sending it to them as well.

    Either do or dont,  its your choice , emails are free anyway  ( makes no difference to me, it's your case  )
  • Well a little update, For to post the phone mediation has been arranged for 19/12/25. so see what happens on that.
