Thanks so much CM.  I'm trying to help my daughter who has a nasty divorce going on so her head is melting.  I'm annoyed she didn't check she'd paid for her parking on the dodgy app.  I've told her to stay away from that site.

I'll go back through and make references etc to the new version 1.1 of the new single code.  I guess they can still use parts of the old code though until December 2026.  So I've no idea what code they are currently following, or at what point in the transition they are at, or even what POPLA will use as a reference point.  What a tangled web they weave.

Will delete that old POPLA decision section.  

I have been minded to tell her to pay the £60 - have spent many hours just getting to this point fighting every single one of them every step of the way - Grosvenor, DVLA (ignored), MP (ignored) and MB and BPA.  That Joint Code waters most things down to suit the operators (I mentioned that in the recent consultation).

Will give it another crack.  I'm loathed to let them win.
