- OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 1 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 1st January
Produce tracker: £8 of £400 in 2026

Awww bless, didn’t mean to worry you. Had a frustrating and demoralising day being utterly ripped off at a garden that used to be amazing and now is dreadful and hugely overpriced, along with a really bad lunch (at the same place). It was a tiring day and by the time I got home I was a bit sulky! 😂😉cathybird said:
