On that point and it applies to any parking or anyhting else. Get it in writing and/or the name, date and time the person agreed to this. You can come unstuck if you are misinformed and/or the T&C's change, and/or the company enforces the rules.

Well after more than 2 weeks of hastling Asda, emails to ceo, letter to Rachel Eyre the new Chief Customers Officer they have agreed to cancel just one PCN!!!  As you can imagine we are not satisfied with this and I think now is the time to call the press and gather outside the store.
As i pointed out one volunteer has 3 PCNs and the machine to log in is still on the counter with no warning!

Well finally I have managed to get all 7 PCNs cancelled, some by Asda head office, some in store and one by PE.
It took a lot of persistence, 23 emails to Asda, and I was drafting a letter to our MP when the final two were cancelled.

Great news! Please do link to this thread and post a summary of who to contact, in SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCs.

Hope you and the volunteers are all keen to set aside an hour or two this week to do the government's Public Consultation before the deadline.
