Asda high up contact help.

Options
A group of volunteers who feed the less fortunate have for many years parked in a large Asda car park clos to the hall where meals are served.  They gave their car details to stall at the Asda enquiries desk and so dod not get PCNs for overstaying the time limit.
Recently the car park was taken over by Parking Eye and of course PCNs have started to arrive.
Local Asda managers are useless so I am looking to get in touch with someone at Asda who can get this sorted as many of the volunteers are elderly and frightened by the aggressive PE tactics.
Would these addresses get anywhere?
ceo@asda.co.uk

I've found the recent thread below, in which the OP successfully complained to ASDA head office.

ceo@asda.co.uk is an email address I've used on more than one occasion to successfully cancel the activity of the parking leeches at a local Asda store.

In conjunction with the above, if the introduction of Parking Eye is recent, they should be giving notice of four months to a material change in the parking terms according to the joint COP.

    3.4. Material changes – notices
Where there is any material change to any pre-existing terms and conditions that would not
be immediately apparent to a driver entering controlled land that is or has been open for
public parking, the parking operator must place additional (temporary) notices at the site
entrance for a period of not less than 4 months from the date of the change making it clear
that new terms and conditions/charges apply, such that regular visitors who might be
familiar with the old terms do not inadvertently incur parking charges
NOTE: Examples of material changes can include introduction of parking enforcement
where none has previously applied, introduction of time-limited free parking, or reductions
in the time limit within which free parking is available. Given the need to avoid confusion
and clutter at entrances the test is whether the fact that a change has been made is clearly
signalled to drivers on entering the land and the nature of the change is clearly displayed
thereafter – it may also be necessary to install repeater notices depending on the scale of
    the premises

Do you give the help desk as Asda your details every time you attend as did the others?
If so, I am staggered that the local manager is not helping.
    Good luck.

Raise on any Asda feedback page, local Facebook page, local Press, local councillors, local MP, any other local media. Kick up a shritstorm!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks everyone, we personally haven't received a PCN but several volunteers have. I am preparing an email and letter for the victims to send to the address I posted above, No drivers name etc.  I have also told everyone not to communicate with debt collectors and wait for Asda to get back before contacting PE.

No we were told to just register our car details once only and that info would be added to an exemption list.
