Gladstones 2 Claim forms in 2 months. First was DISCONTINUED & 2nd is just crazy and unfair charges!

Tomorrow is the Hearing, does the judge talks and ask questions even if Claimant will be not attending?  Any tips?

They may well send a legal rep third party. There's an argument that this person doesn't have rights of audience:

But if that doesn't work try Chan and Akande.

Otherwise, revert to usual stuff to defeat a contract law claim, like poor signs or whatever the crux was of your defence and WS.
