    Hi everyone,  I had my Mediation done fist week of October. I've done as suggested and now has been sent to the local court. What to do know? I'm waiting for the court notice, is that correct? Can I change or add some information to my previews defence? Hope don't have to go yo court🙄

    You cannot change or amend your defence once submitted (well, you can but it costs £LOTS); just wait for your Notice of Allocation and, in the meantime whilst events are fresh in your mind, start compiling a Witness Statement.

     :# Thank you. It's so out off my league! The process has been hard, every step of the wsy, but seems to be easy for some people, or experts, and I'm not complaining, it just to express how reading, understading and writing anything takes me ages, hours, days to get the ideas or infomations and than write it down. I will fight up to the end even if I lose, but I need more help to have any chance of sucess. Thanks

    Which is what the search will give you. Something to copy and adapt.

    I don't have a recent Gladstones WS in my head but the forum search finds loads as long as you change the filter to NEWEST (never 'best match'). Just copy a recent one and adapt to suit.

    You need one with Chan & Akande.

    My notes of good examples recently, include these but I don't know if they were all Gladstones ones, not that it matters:

    @maxim024

    @Feyla

    @Char27

    @aza123 has Chan & Akande

    @Kpmp54 also has Chan & Akande

    Thank you again. As much I read more complicated, overwhelmed and unsure I get! Is there a simple way to write  WS? I'm not the driver and I've not been to the parking site or any of the list of things is written. The HEARING will be on 27 Jan/26. Is that ok if I just copy my old defence, and file it? do I have to address Gladtones WS points? HELLLLLP give simple steps to follow,please! English is my second language, dyslexic and slow!!
    Thanks

    This is why I gave you the 5 links.

    You were meant to go to their profiles to see their threads. Then copy a WS, editing the facts. This is very simple. It is your story plus attached evidence (exhibits).
