Hi everyone, I had my Mediation done fist week of October. I've done as suggested and now has been sent to the local court. What to do know? I'm waiting for the court notice, is that correct? Can I change or add some information to my previews defence? Hope don't have to go yo court🙄0

Yes, wait for instructions from you local court re. Witness Statements.1

You cannot change or amend your defence once submitted (well, you can but it costs £LOTS); just wait for your Notice of Allocation and, in the meantime whilst events are fresh in your mind, start compiling a Witness Statement.1
