1) no, someone else registered it with the DVLA, you were the hirer of the courtesy vehicle

2) I doubt it, you would provide evidence with your Witness statement

4) no its not recommended, seeing as you file with your local civil court AFAIK

5) for what reason ?

so in the box on the n244 i basically explain why im filing the form making the main point that everything was served at an old address which i moved out of in 2022?
