DH is off out for the day, picking up a Swedish click and collect order on his way.
A couple of hours done at the allotment. So many weeds. I will try to do more tomorrow. I seem to be the only one not having an issue with the site, it’ll come, no doubt.
Winter dressing gown in the wm. Just having a quick coffee then I will peg it out. Hmmm, maybe double pegging is required as it is very windy. Then it is the dreaded admin…I am sure that I can find something else assist in my procrastination.7 -
Morning all,
Has anyone else been having issues with the forum? I couldn't get it to work last night to update my list.
My list for today
Do 10 minutes on the exercise bike
Make required phone calls
Do the maths coursework that is in the diary for today
Go to the doctor's appointment (review on my injured knee)
Do the English coursework that is in the diary for today
Cobweb dust downstairs
Delete 50 emails from my email inbox
Deal with the delivery of the patio furniture
Look into insurance for DD's horse
Order the required pet supplies
Empty the bathroom bin
Wipe down the kitchen work surfaces
Remind DD to take the dog for a walk
Cobweb dust in the kitchen
Pick up bags of sand, as DH thinks we should put it under the artificial grass to make it softer.
Sweep the kitchen floor
Take DD over to the stables to check on her horse
Take DS to his theatre group
Check where I'm going later this week for an interview (going to do this whilst DD is at his group)
I think that is everything that I need to tackle today. Hope everyone has a lovely Tuesday, hugs to those who want/need them.

I've stripped the bedding and put it on to wash and will put fresh on in a bit. Am going to try and do a test run of the tarts later. I ned to re-buy some blue cheese tohugh as the cheese I bought yesterday I forgot to put in the fridge and it was out in the warm for several hours so I threw it away. I'm going to use filo though as I haven't made pastry for years and don't have a lot of rolling-out space. Also, I haven't got the time/energy to make pastry and the ready made stuff seems to have palm oil in, which the filo doesn't.I went to the dentist yesterday and we agreed that I would have the long-delayed crown. There wasn't time to start at that appointment so he just had a look and also cleaned off a small stain on one of my front teeth. I'm going back tomorrow for him to prepare the tooth for the crown and also put on another temporary one. It's a long appointment nd will take out a big chunk fomr the day so that means it would better to do as much the pre-lunch guests flying today as I can. It looks like rain so I hope it doesn't get muggy later.Have a good day everyone.8 -
I've ended up emailing the forum team - could get into the site but not the forum - kept getting this:

I have just managed to get back on here, so update from this morning:
-stripped bedding and remade bed
-dusted and vacuumed upstairs
-wm x 1, clothes now blowing on the line, bedding will take its turn tomorrow
-run dw, just remembered that I need to empty it
-been to big town to get a click and collect - finally got some walking sandals. I donated my old, almost unworn, expensive ones to my sister. They had never fitted properly and there was only so long (2 years or more!) that I was prepared to peservere
-cleaned bathrooms.
I am now debating whether I trot to the allotment this afternoon. I am a morning person, so this option is not particularly attractive at the moment.8 -
Afternoon all
✔️windows opened
✔️our bed aired & remade
✔️DS bedding stripped & swishing in WM
✔️exercises 1 done
✔️working my way through gallons of water
✔️Lunch next, then....
✔️Fresh bedding in DS room (it might now be designated guest room - DS might have officially moved out)
❌️Vacuum everywhere
✔️✔️S&S kitchen & bathroom
✔️Exercises 2
✔️Collapse in soggy heap
Thought we had covid - thankfully tested negative, but everything is kn@ckering.
ETA - leaving vacuuming til tomorrow.

This morning I took A to the hospital for routine blood tests. Partly becasue he is very slow and partly because after we'd checked-in the hospital forgot about us, the whole thing, door-to-door, took 2 1/2 hours. So by the time we got back and I'd prepared lunch and cleared things away it was half past two. I WUPA A's breakfast and our lunch pots and then started on the drying of the bedding and put fresh bedding on and, although it was getting warmer, I took the opportuity of A going for a (4 hour!) nap and cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, including bleaching the sink and washing-up pad, emptied the kitchen bin and waste paper baket and had a quick vac in the sittting room. In between doing these things I dried all the bedding and made-up a bag of the bedding and shirts for I hate ironing, who have just been to collect them.A has now stirred and asked if I'd rung my brother. Im said no, and told him what I had been doing and he just said 'oh'.
I suppose he'll want his supper now.

Morning all, So far this morning, I've been to the stables to check on and feed the horse, then when I got back home, I sat outside and had a cuppa as it's lovely and sunny.
I'm feeling a bit demotivated this week as I don't feel that I'm making much progress on my weekly to-do list. I think I'm starting to get a bit stressed as I have 4 assignments due by 4th July and I need to pass these to get an unconditional offer for uni course.
My list for today
Go to the stables to check/feed the horse
Do 10 minutes on the exercise bike
Do paid work
Do the maths coursework that is in the diary for today
Make the rest of the changes on the English assignment and send it to my teacher friend for proofreading
Do the English coursework that is in the diary for today Work in progress, Didn't get everything done
Take the dog for a walk
Find the cat's vaccination card
Take the cat to his vet appointment (vaccination time)
Sort out the horse's passport as need to send it off to get details updated
Empty the living room bin
Empty the bathroom bin
Take DD to the stables so she can ride and feed the horse
Go and get sand for the patio area
I think that is enough for me to be working on today, as I'm feeling a bit demotivated at the moment. I hope everyone has a lovely Wednesday. Hugs to those who want/need them.

Been out with OH to local county show, he is worn out and already asleep since we got backWhole house is clean and tidy, a few sides could do with damp dusting, only 3 pieces to iron so they can wait.Garden very dry and dusty, so must water tonight.Had type 2 blood tests done in May, phoned for the result, the minute I heard the results I knew they were wrong, so upset, so went saved up my pension money , went had them redone privately, got the results I was expecting, went for my type 2 review, the nurse was having none of it that the results were wrong, with statements like 'that cannot happen' 'you do not have anyone elses results' etc.So I pull out my private results to prove the 1st lot were wrong, left her a copy, now the doctor wants to rerun my blood test.................................I am being so good, resugar and sweet stuff, new blood tests in a couple of weeks, watch this space. Now maybe my stress levels will come down, and I'll start to feel happy again.Cats have had 2 live mice in the house this week......................not impressedBreast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles
