I don't think the Caps matter but you could send it again with Caps and see what happens. When you sent it the first time did you get an auto acknowledgement for the email?LookAtTheBrightSide said:
Yes, that's the email address I sent it to, but I didn't use capital letters in it - does it matter?Le_Kirk said:
Did you send your change of address email to CaseProgression.CNBC@justice.gov.ukLookAtTheBrightSide said:.................. although cnbc hasn't acknowledged my email about the address change. I might give them a call just to be on the safe side as I'm going away on hols on Saturday and don't want to be worrying about this case. Let me know when you receive your DQ.1 -
@Le_Kirk thanks for asking! I've just checked and found an auto acknowledgment that says "If your email requires a response, this can take 14 days..." I sent it on 22 July, so all should be fine, I hope.2

Please help! I've been on holidays since 9 August and just checked MCOL where it's written that a DQ was sent to me on 7 August, but I received nothing by post (unless it went to my old address). Is there an online version that I could fill out and have I not missed the deadline?0

The Template Defence first 8 steps covers this and you are not too late. Why would the CNBC have your old address? That's concerning.LookAtTheBrightSide said:Please help! That's great, thanks! How do I know the name of the court if I haven't received their letter and it might not be the same court as in the original letter (to write at the top of the form)? Also, what's the email address I'm sending it to?ChirpyChicken said:Just fill in the dq online and email it today with your new address

Sorry for all the questions but I'm on my way back home today and no access to a computer to check all the info but want to be ready to deal with it first thing tomorrow.
Many, many thanks!0 -

This is already covered - with the exact email address - in the first 8 steps in the Template Defence thread. Read those steps again.
Also draw attention to your new address by repeating it again in the body of your email, and cc in the solicitors for the Claimant.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've spent an hour on the phone to CNBC to make sure that they have my current address, and of course I was right suspecting that they never updated it following my email to case.progression. No apologies either - very frustrating.2
