Mediation has been compulsory since May 2024, so Gladstones are probably using an old template.

The Mediation service contacts you by email. You don't have to do anything except make sure both the CNBC & Gladstones have been told the magic words: ERASE the old address.

But you should know not to take any notice of that letter with a blank N180. The first 8 steps in the Template Defence first post tells you.

Yep. See you back here in a week or so, to join us to do your response for the Public Consultation once we've talked through the questions in more depth on the thread.

By the way, it hasn't been put in front of a judge yet so too early for any strike out.

    Hi @em@emmy_lou_2
I got an email from Gladstones with their questionnaire completed. I'm now at my new address since 31 August and hoping to be receiving letters through post here, although cnbc hasn't acknowledged my email about the address change. I might give them a call just to be on the safe side as I'm going away on hols on Saturday and don't want to be worrying about this case. Let me know when you receive your DQ.

Yes, that's the email address I sent it to, but I didn't use capital letters in it - does it matter?
