I've been notified of a new bill being available. I've logged in and the furthest I can get with accessing my bills is a page with the message "No Data Found".I couple of weeks ago I tried to change tariff, and, like others here, didn't think I'd completed the process due to lack of response from the website. Then I got an email saying I'd switched to 'One Green Flex 11.0" (anyone remember that one?) with a renewal date in 2022.I can no longer log in on my desktop, only on my phone's browser, so bill downloads (when I can get them) need to then be transferred over my local network.This botched rebrand has cost me quite a few wasted hours so far.I notice that if you contact them, they no longer encourage you to log a Trustpilot review. I wonder why!!1
