The new site has a lot of errors for me. Several panels showing errors when I log in. And the page for adding meter readings doesn't load properly, making it impossible to update usage. Shocking it's been launched in this state. With the price cap change on July 1st a lot of people will be wanting to submit readings. So the clock is ticking on getting that page fixed.0

I have finally managed to log in, had to change my password. Changed it to my old password, so. ?? ¿? Did manage to change my tariff but did not receive any notification, and the page just hung, so opened a new tab, logged back in and my billing account showed as the new tariff.
Yes it is awful,
Yes it is glitchy
Yes it is utterly shocking it was rolled out in this condition, but the back end seems to be working, even if the front end is a total car crash of epic proportions.

Works for me both pc and on Android app last 2 weeks.
What i couldnt do two weeks ago was change tariff so PM it through, acknowledged next day.Do recall changing password to an older one about 7 years back.Not too keen on new layout, will take a lot of getting used to, even submitted meter readings 29th and 16th.0 -
I ended up e-mailing a reading, got a reply fairly quickly and now the meter reading page loads.
