Has anyone else tried to access the new and (supposedly??) improved website with the name change to OutFox Energy?
I can't get in at all.
Coincidentally I was just trying to do this to report my meter readings when I got a call from some chap who knew my address and knew my energy provider and said that OutFox had asked his company to contact me about something. Between a heavy accent and my bad hearing he seemed to be asking if I was problems with my "energy blurk". Is anyone else having problems with their energy blurk???

I haven't had a problem logging in but notice that an option to switch tariff was available yesterday, but not today!#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3661

Just tried on Chrome and I can get in and it would allow me to switch tariff if I wanted to. Problems I have had is that the 'Keep me logged in' doesn't work and I get logged out after a few minutes of inactivity, I can't copy any of the text on any of the pages, and finally I wanted to change my password but the old password contained a character that the new system did not like so it kept saying invalid password when I typed it in on the 'change password' screen (but it had allowed me to login with that password).1

I can't get in either. Will not accept my password. Tried to request password change, the clicky button doesn't work in any browser, and when you cut and paste the nonsense they have sent you, it comes up as 'too short'.Don't you just love it when they improve something?Embarrassingly amateur, but I will deal with it when I need to submit my readings at the start of next month.They might have sorted it out by then.Don't worry, it is not just you. I've tried different browsers on my desktop as well as mobile phone app.
