I only discovered in the past couple of weeks that apart from BA, TUI use Easyjet and Ryanair for their flights.

If you have the BA booking reference, six digits, you should be able to view the booking immediately

It was booked through TUI not BA but the reference number is not currently recognised on the BA website.

I appreciate that but the booking reference should be on the confirmation emai?  Alternatively do you have the e-ticket number, 13 digits?

That looks like a TUI booking reference. You need the six digit flight reference number that they should have given you. Should be on the eticket.

Just checking, when is it for? Next year you said, but when exactly?

End of May so too soon yet for any tickets . But that ticket reference ( or rather the actual one which obviously I haven’t provided here is the one TUI have said to use on BA Website )

think based on what others have said above it is because we are too early yet and my mind has been put at rest somewhat. I was just expecting still to have seen the flight booking on BA even if not able to do anything instead of just ‘no booking found’

Look at the FAQ at the bottom, a whole host of other airlines listed. Ive used Easyjet and Austrian on a TUI holiday, not uncommon.

Although it's way too early for tickets/boarding passes a TUI reservation should indicate the outward and return flight numbers, regardless of who the carrier is - at least that's what was on my confirmation email when BA were one part of the package.
