    When I completed the online new style esa application I received a message stating I will be contacted by 16 Aug. For them to book a 'Claimant Commitment' appointment. Took a screengrab of this. Not expecting to be contacted on a Saturday, so this 'commitment' has been missed as I have heard zilch since completing the application... Posted the fit note via snail mail as the online submission rejected the file no matter how I uploaded it, no acknowledgement of that being received either.
