    What about the amended defence you were ordered to do? Aren't they merely responding to the amended defence?

    You didn't run it by us. Did you do it as advised: in red with strike-outs?

    Emailed it to the LOCAL court? It wasn't to be sent to the CNBC at this stage.

    Show us what the amended defence looked like so we can help you properly.

    For the second PCN yes as per the judge's order I re-did my Defence and sent it to my local court and DCB Legal by the date requested by the judge. So I don't need help with that one now thank you as it's submitted.

    The letter I've opened today is for the first PCN, different claim number on it (and was posted before I sent the re-done Defence for the second PCN). They didn't respond for 8 months after I submitted a Defence for it, this letter is the first I have heard since then and it says they intend to proceed. They have enclosed a copy of the directions questionnaire (which of course I will ignore and only fill when CNBC send me a copy) and they also invite me to call them to settle the case.

    I get that many missed calls from DCB Legal and as I never answer I don't know which claim they are calling about.
