Once an offer has been accepted, what would be a reasonable price to list your items so that the buyer would consider buying them? eg one year old washing machine and fridge freezer, etc? The buyer's property is under offer so I am unsure whether they will need any items.

"Unspoken rules" have no basis in law.

Do you honestly expect people to remove or cover up free standing white goods when viewings take place or photos taken?
