Once an offer has been accepted, what would be a reasonable price to list your items so that the buyer would consider buying them? eg one year old washing machine and fridge freezer, etc? The buyer's property is under offer so I am unsure whether they will need any items.

Surely the first question is whether they want them at all? Do you want them? Second hand goods aren't worth much (look at Freecycle etc), I'd probably regard a buyer as doing me a favour if I don't need to add a washing machine etc to my removals quote.2

Your threads are very confusing.
You want to change agents as you are not getting enough viewers.
You have buyer.
Now you want to sell your 2nd hand goods to the buyer. Does the buyer know you are changing agents?
However if the question is real- You don't start listing 2nd hand goods in the hope your buyer will want them.1 -

There is no requirement for the price to be reasonable, its a new negotiation and you are free to ask whatever you want for stuff as long as you realise they may say no to everything in which case it has to go when you move. I don't know whether the buyer want them or not, as the property, ideally I would have asked the buyer but had to go through the EA and not responsive, and I am not able to ask the buyer directly, hence, I am completing the form.0 -

Do you want rid of them or do you want to keep them? If you don’t want them add to the TA10 form (but the buyer may not want them either). If you want to keep them, don’t add. But I wouldn’t bother trying to separately sell them to the buyer. It’s an unnecessary faff for tiny amounts of money.2

Just deal with it on the Fixtures & Contents form. List prices for the items you would like to sell, or don't if you want to take them with you or leave for free in the property.
If the buyer wants to purchase anything, they'll see what you have written on the F&C form and contact their solicitor with a reply. Bear in mind that the buyer may not want to buy anything and therefore the onus will be on you to remove items from the property before completion (or leave them behind FOC.
Doing this through the solicitors, means that the items are part of the sale contract, so it protects you and the buyer if you don't leave what you said you would or the buyer doesn't pay for the goods he wanted.3 -
Appreciate the replies, I was on autopilot when I was completing the form. EA has confirmed that the Buyer has made no request for any of my items. as they probably have their own. Is it best to leave the items until after exchange to remove them just in case the offer is withdraw and need to relist the property?0

Are they freestanding or integrated? What was agreed in the MOS particulars?
If they are not FTB then i would guess they have their own appliances so it's up to you to either offer them to them and see if they are interested or sell after the sale is complete.0
