Well it's too late now but we gave you the username @JackR1 which is obviously a working link to his posting profile. His posts.
It's a shame because you haven't submitted HHJ Moloney's judgment (the transcript from Cambridge) which was the first instance decision in the Supreme Court authority of ParkingEye v Beavis, which is your 'safety net' argument to at least kill the added £70 stone dead if your judge is against you.
Why not go get it now from Jack's WS and print the HHJ Moloney transcript off and take it with you (along with copies of their WS and yours of course).
If you can tell from eye contact and sighing that the judge isn't with you (believe me you can tell with Brighton judges!) then at least share the HHJ Moloney transcript which few judges will have seen, which proves what the Supreme Court authority in Beavis meant when they said the PCN itself (£85 in that case) must cover ALL THE COSTS OF THE OPERATION. They meant the letters.

I see that you said on another thread, that you lost in court.
I'm not surprised. I think I said (I certainly thought, due to local-ish knowledge) at the start that you might just struggle with this one, where the driver blatantly and repeatedly used the restricted business car park rather than park on street in a BHCC permit zone where parking is expensive.
Please give us a 'court report' (your recollection) of who said what, which judge you had and if at least the false added 'costs' were disallowed? Were you ordered to pay £212?

I paid £255 in total, The claimant tried to add more expenses but the Judge wouldn’t have it…. I thought the judge was on my side as she grilled the claimant about the contract with the car park owner… She was unhappy with the the terms and conditions on the sign… Because I was parked right next to the sign she said I had to of seen it.

Yep this was my worry when you first posted. I struggled to understand why someone would risk £100 PCNs (and also risk a CCJ / their credit rating) by choosing a monitored private car park and park next to a sign(!) instead of the street (BHCC penalties are £70 or £50 with no effect on credit rating, no court).
£255 is odd.
It's £212 normally (in very rare lost cases like yours) so was that figure also £43 in interest? She disallowed the fake +£70?

yes she disallowed the £70 add ons

No she didn't. I just looked back and the claim was for £255. Are you SURE she ordered that sum?
Why did she NOT disallow the added £70? Did you forget how to argue that the HHJ Moloney transcript means the Beavis authority bans it? Double recovery.
Pay BW Legal without delay, which avoids a CCJ damaging your credit.
Now leave this behind you and review the evidence re your other case. Do they again have photos of your car beside a sign? If yes, post on that thread about it not here.

I couldn’t find the HHJ Molony transcript… I’m looking at this site on an iPad as I don’t have a laptop

But I'm looking at the forum on an old iphone and it doesn't stop you searching.
You are now (too late) telling us you didn't know how to argue against the added £70 despite us advising you where HHJ Moloney's Beavis case transcript was linked, in the WS by @JackR1 and to make sure you included it?
Expensive lesson!
Start reading what we tell you to read…
In July, that'll cost you an extra £140 if you lose again and don't get up to speed with what to say in court. You don't just talk about your story!
By the way, this is worth your while:
I just wrote a whole paragraph of words about the HHJ Moloney transcript and linked it (again) in a reply I did minutes ago.
I will never link these things! You CAN find things on this forum on any device.
I'm strongly suggesting you go find that reply I made, NOW, while that reply is in my recent posts… copy it. Grab the HHJ Moloney link and read it. Start your WS now.
Over to your other thread now!

The OP went on to win the other claim for two exact same site/details PCNs!
Hooray!
