    Indeed. As expected.

You've had months to do your WS and you should know and be ready: the NEWBIES thread post 2 tells you all about this stage and provides you with a list of recommended exhibits.

Better late than never! Do NOT duck it.

Get it in FRIDAY BEFORE 3pm IDEALLY so at least it's in this week.

A recent good example is by @JackR1

I think your best point is that the signs were mostly from OPS at this site, not Premier Park. Therefore there was no contract.

Show us their signage evidence from their bundle. Is it dated? Is it clear?

Did you get your own WS & evidence bundle emailed to the court & claimant last week?

The sign looks unreadable and at a low level where a van parked in front would block the sign entirely and you'd only see OPS signs.

Did you not attach any images or exhibits?

You didn't read the NEWBIES thread recommended exhibits list? Sometimes i don't know why I bothered with it!

You didn't copy JackR1's section about (and linking) HHJ Moloney's judgment which shows the Supreme Court case of Beavis dealt with the pre-action costs and effectively bans add-ons as double recovery.

You also used a 5 year out of date (old version) Statement of Truth. Don't use AI for these things in future.

But at least you got something by way of a WS in, which means (unless you get the notoriously grumpy one at Brighton court who hates late submissions) the judge will hear you as a witness at the hearing.

There's no parking there, if at Brighton court. Plan your journey & definitely get there half an hour early to get thru security and sign in upstairs.
