Hi… Waiting for confirmation from the court that the claimant has payed the £27 to proceed to court… The court date is less than 2 weeks away… Do I need to get prepared anyway. Thanks

Well you need to submit your Witness Statement tomorrow if they have paid their fee.

But you've known this since February!

Read Page 2 of the court order, check the WS bundle deadline , because its either imminent or passed

You call the court ( old fashioned way , use a phone. )

Page 2 of your court order gives you directions and a deadline ( same deadline for B W Legal too. )

Yes, but tomorrow will do if needs be, especially if you haven't had Premier Park's bundle (which suggests they may not have paid the fee).

You said you were waiting to hear if they'd paid, so we assumed you had phoned Brighton Court!

Just got home and the BW legal bundle is here… So assuming they paid the fee
