NS&I Website Login not working?

Anyone else having problems logging in this evening?

I am typing my correct NS&I Number, Surname and Password but it isn't going to 2FA, just circles back to the same  login page without any error messages.

Have tried on two different devices with different browsers.

OK - deliberately put a mistake in the login to 'provoke it' - it did give me an error message this time. Then put my correct details in again and .... after a long delay ... eventually got the OTP page up. After entering the code and another long delay (page saying 'do not refresh') finally got in.

But the website is extremely slow this evening so must just be weight of people using it.

Really they should have a way of detecting issues like this and put up warning messages.

Being a Saturday likely to be system maintenance going on.

I've had this a few times recently. At the moment (a Monday afternoon so unlikely to be doing maintenance) it's not getting to 2FA on Chrome but when I switched to Firefox it worked ok.

Took me two attempts today, didn't send my 2FA code first time.  Chrome (both times).
