Hi Everyone, Just wondering if there are anymore thoughts on this defence.
In your experience is the case usually discontinued based on all the other points in the defence template because I am really struggling with adapting point 3.0 -
Use this:
"Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms. The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations."
Don't over-do the detail here. The Particulars are, as usual, terrible so don't help them by providing detail that isn't addressed and certainly don't say anything about the Defendant that could infer they were driving or even present on the date of parking. Don't even mention how often the Defendant visits this location.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'3 -

Hi everyone, just wanted to give a quick update. I sent off the defence on the 13th of June 2025. I got an email confirming that it was received and a letter from the court confirming that it will be passed it on to the claimant. Is there anything else for me to do now?.Also since responding to this case , I have had several letters and emails regarding other claims from Zzps. It is causing me so much anxiety is there anyway to stop this.I could handle the letters but emails too. Not sure how they are getting all my contact details.0
