I don't think that will fit. I was never envisioning such wordy paragraph 3 stuff.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I will shorten it - what should be the priority to get across in that segment out of the three points I've made?0

This does actually fit along with the rest of the template with 8 lines remaining. Should I proceed with it in that case?0

If it fits with no character errors, within the 122 lines, no truncation, no errors, then it seems ok to me1

Just a little tip I've discovered for future defences - the MCOL defence box doesn't accept double quotation marks ("), but will accept single quotation marks (').2

I have now received an email from DCB informing me that they intend to proceed and have attached their N180 form. I am yet to receive mine.1

My directions questionnaire arrived and was submitted last week.
I was also contacted by phone this morning by another legal firm attempting to claim the sum on behalf of Smart Parking - they had no idea about the the court claim or any disputes that I had put forward. They also subtly threatened me with CCJs if I didn't give them further details. I essentially told them them that they need to go and do their jobs, and find out for themselves what other litigation is happening around this claim and refused to give them any details. I did update my address with them as they had an address on their system which is 8 years old and isn't the one registered with the DVLA?! This was just in case this firm attempts to put a claim through to that address. Is this something I can now mention and put forward in my case with DCB? Or is this a sign that they've given up entirely and Smart has moved to a different firm?0 -
You didn't name the company, but Smart Parking have given their data to DCB Legal, so any alleged outstanding invoices will have gone to DCBL , So probably not DRPL or Trace or Moorside Legal etc1
