You can add that the driver did pay, as long as you dont reveal who was driving, so not I, but THE DRIVER
Its important to try to not reveal who was driving, no implying it
A keeper appeal based on no keeper lliability is the best argument, regardless of who was driving, and especially if the keeper was also the driver, self incrimination should always be avoided in most cases, especially with APCOAPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
