Apcoa POPLA appeal - parking paid

Hi, apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but I've been through lots and lots of posts and can't see it. I have been issued with a Parking Charge Notice by Apcoa for parking at a station car park even though I have proof from the app that I paid it. My appeal to Apcoa was rejected, incredibly. I am now appealing to POPLA. Should I just focus on my evidence of having paid, or also use the other 'Railway Land not relevant land' defences etc? Thank you.

Did you reveal who was driving ? ( ruining the no keeper lliability argument ? )
If not , use the Pofa2012 not relevant land no keeper liability aspect as the main point
You can add that the driver did pay, as long as you dont reveal who was driving, so not I, but THE DRIVER
Its important to try to not reveal who was driving, no implying it
A keeper appeal based on no keeper lliability is the best argument, regardless of who was driving, and especially if the keeper was also the driver, self incrimination should always be avoided in most cases, especially with APCOA2 -
Thanks for your speedy response. It was actually my daughter who replied to the PCN as she is the registered keeper. As I'm not sure how she appealed (and she can't remember) so we'll have to skip the no keeper liability aspect - although it has been a very successful tool in the past! Thank you.

Add it in anyway, regardless of what her appeal stated0

I'm going to use this template and then add the proof of payment info. Is that correct? https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/81021129/#Comment_810211290

The appeal you linked relates to a Penalty Charge Notice. You wrote that yours is a Parking Charge Notice.1

Is it a Parking Charge Notice or a 'Penalty Notice'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good spot. Thank you. It's a Parking Charge Notice. Does this mean I need a different template?1
