That's so even if I did get another ticket and the reason was for blocking a fire exit, I would still have a reasonable chance of winning so I shouldn't be stressing? Even though it says on the sign do not obstruct a fire exit?Coupon-mad said:You always have a case against a PPC.0 -
Impossible for me to answer, except to tell you that I don't condone selfish or obstructive parking (actually blocking a fire exit or parking in an accessible bay when not disabled, for example) or deliberately not paying a tariff/fee to park, etc,robdex1 said:

I'm saying do not block a fire exit.
But it sounds like you didn't. So relax.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just to update. I recieved lots of threatening "debt collector" letters for the first few months. I then didn't get anything for a while until recently I received a letter from a company called bwlegal. They are asking for £130 payment by 30th April and if I don't make the payment then the case may proceed to their legal process and the next letter would be a letter of claim.
My concern is the previous letters have been from debt collection agencies but could the fact that it's now been passed on to a solicitor make it more likely that I will be taken to court?

A Money Claim is more likely, but ignore them until you receive a proper LoC from B W LEGAL

So should I expect it to happen?

Probably not, no. But so what? All stages are easy to challenge & handle.
