    No I didn't. I left it all in hands of second gas engineer to liaise with Baxi over options.

    A vertical flue would be a nice and neat solution, but there's a simple reason it was not entertained when your boiler was first installed - significantly greater cost. Oh, and more ongoing maintenance. The possibility of water leaks. Access.

    A catio was never meant to cause so much trouble!
