Tranfer ISA to Kent Reliance

Hoping someone here may be able to suggest something.
I am trying to open a Kent Reliance easy access ISA by transfer from Aldermore. Kent wants an 8 digit account number. Aldermore has a 7 digit account number, or (with 3 characters added) a 10 'digit' roll number.
Kent won't accept a 7 digit number, it won't accept the 10 digit one as a roll number without something in the account number box, and it won't accept 7 digits plus the first additional character as the account number.
ie "1234567" - no good as account no.
"1234567x" - no good as account number
"1234567xxx" - no good as roll number with no account number
Suggestions from any one who has done this would be great. Alternatively is there a way to contact Kent to ask them - I can't find those details on the site. The drop box on the help section expects me to already have an account.

Whenever I've had to transfer an ISA with a non-standard account number (for the type of account that, when you pay into it, you use the provider's own generic sort code and account number and put your non-standard account reference number as the payment reference), I always put this in the reference/roll number field of a transfer form and leave the sort code and account number blank, so I'm surprised to hear that KR require all 3 bits of information.
If you can't get away with that then you could just put Aldermore's own sort code and account number in there, presuming that this is the way they'd have instructed you to pay into it when the account was opened ? That info is essentially superfluous (as the roll number should take precedence), but it should at least satisfy KR's from requirements, I would have thought.1 -

I could put the Aldermore account number in, but that is for paying in - I want to transfer, ie take out and get it into the new account.I think I will try wmb194's suggestion, and see how it goes. Thanks all0 -
If adding the zeros before the account number does not work, give their customer services a called and ask them.
Their number is: 0345 122 11221 -

I suspect that using trailing zeros or Aldermore's own account number and your reference will both work, as ISA transfers always involve some kind of human interaction and it should be obvious to those involved what's going on, as they'll have to deal with similar requests all the time.0 -

Drop down menu has three different Virgin possibilities pick the wrong one and the tranfer fails which leaves you unable to transfer
EDIT
Sorry wrong bank ref Shawbrook0 -
I will have another go later today / tomorrow (semi-work stuff going on at the moment so can't guarantee an uninterrupted stretch). If it still doesn't work, then there will probably be an equally good account to use coming up in the comparison charts soon. This one is only for a small amount, and may be used in the near future - my aim was to move from a 30 day notice account as the rate has dropped, and transfer out can currently be done without notice. So not a desperately urgent matter. Thanks everyone.0

Some forms say to either use sort code plus account number OR roll number, but not both. So do as someone else said and put three zeroes at the beginning. It's what I'll be doing when I transfer from Aldermore in October.0
