Transferring Aldermore ISA - Account Details?

I’m looking for some advice from anyone who’s transferred their ISA from Aldermore.
I’m not sure what account numbers to use on the transfer form of my new bank because all Aldermore accounts use the same account number and sort code plus your own unique reference number.
The transfer form asks for “existing ISA number”, “sort code” and “roll number”.
I’m moving it to Skipton BS if that helps.

These are the options on the form:

“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”

Roll number is not applicable as Aldermore are a bank. Roll numbers are only for Building society savings accounts AIUI0

Well, the unique reference number springs to mindI would put this in the Existing ISA number box1

Where the bank uses a pooled account, you put your account ref in the roll/reference number box. You don't usually need to enter the banks sort code and account number.1

I also have a reference for making payments which is the same individual account number plus the first three letters of my surname i.e. 1234567ABC.
I just want to make sure the correct info is given as it’s a considerable amount to transfer and I don’t want any complications!“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”0 -

My own individual account number i.e. 1234567.
Or the reference that’s used for for making payments i.e. 1234567ABC.
I just want to make sure it goes through smoothly with no issues!

The individual account number will identify your account, the extra 3 letters of your surname are a form of check to avoid transposition issues. Despite what I said above this is what Aldermore say (though I expect the ISA number box would work fine)
Transferring an Aldermore ISA to another provider
- If you want to transfer your Aldermore ISA to another provider, please ask the provider to either send us the ISA Transfer Request Form or send us their instructions electronically. You’ll need to give your new provider your Aldermore ISA account number as the roll/reference number. A sort code shouldn’t be required.

I don’t know how I missed this on the Aldermore website as I looked last night before posting on here!
