Neither would I, in fact I warn people off going with them.
I can understand, and in some way can concur with your feelings here.
But for those of us who are with TalkTalk and who are having difficulty with their normal customer services channels, their representative on here is proving invaluable. He is tasked with scouring various forums in order to deal with customers issues. As well as resolving any issues I believe he is committed to feeding back information to his peers in order that improvements to the general service overall can be made. This is a positive sign that TalkTalk are acknowledging that there are problems with the quality of their customer service.
I don't seek to protect or defend TalkTalk from the criticism that they are due for their often appalling customer services operation. But what I will say is that their representative, Stephen Fell, is absolutely committed to bringing about a resolve when customers make contact with him on here. Let's not make the guys' life a misery by giving him a hard time of it when he's trying to do some good.0 -

Apart from the free box issue, i cant fault the TT phone and broadband line migration.
