It's of my opinion that he is doing a good job!
I notice from some of your previous posts that you do seem to dislike Talk Talk, calling them "cowboys" in one of your previous posts!
I have said this before some people will get excellent service from a company and others not and it tends to be the poor service everyone always here's about. I on the other hand have had nothing but superb service from Talk Talk and can highly recommend them if your serious about saving money!
Everyone has their own opinion!
Fair play to you ,you have always endorsed for their service.
But how you think someone is doing a good job giving out incorrect info and misleading forum members is beyond me.

I am not a fan of TalkTalk but give the person a chance.

The TALK_TALK support guy is doing an excellent job. I have had an issue with TalkTalk and he has kindly intervened and sorted the problem out in a manner that has restored my confidence in TT for the future.
Let him do what he's been tasked to do. He's actually very good at what he is doing. He and his support team are the best ambassadors that TalkTalk have. Please afford him the courtesy that he does deserve, and be assured that he will do his utmost to resolve any issues you may have.0 -
