    This is the sign that’s around most entrances I have used for Meadowhall.

    With regard to the N20, this is what I sent to Gladstones and reiterated to the manager in person..

    Furthermore, should legal proceedings commence, I intend to submit an N20 Witness Summons to compel a representative of Meadowhall Management to attend court and provide oral evidence regarding their failure to comply with the Equality Act 2010, specifically concerning the lack of adequate and accessible disabled parking spaces.

    Their attendance will be required to explain:
    •       Why appropriate adjustments have not been made to accommodate disabled visitors, especially in adverse weather conditions;
    •       How they have assessed (or failed to assess) the accessibility of parking provisions;
    •       What steps, if any, they have taken to comply with their Public Sector Equality Duty and obligations under Sections 20 and 29 of the Equality Act 2010.

    I hope this helps you 👍🏻

    That sign takes an illegal stance. Completely wrong of Meadowhall and proof of illegality.

    It SHOULD be a message to parents with kids, warning them not to park in accessible bays for disabled persons. Instead, they're prioritising parents over people with legally protected characteristics!

    Disabled people should be allowed to use any bay (within reason, not commercial loading or drop-off bays) at a retail park, as a simple and cost-neutral 'reasonable adjustment' in cases when the disabled bays are full, blocked off or out of action.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Yep perfectly legal in debt collection.

    They did a Credit Reference Agency soft trace to check your address and contact details held. Phone numbers often show on a soft trace, maybe connected to a bank account you have.
    This is definitely how they get phone numbers. BW Legal started calling me on a work number that I had only ever used for one credit card application and was not otherwise advertised or linked to my name.I don’t remember why I used this number in the first place but took great delight in blocking their caller ID ;)
