Thank you @kimwp as I followed your suggestion on 28th May and opened my account and bought a share in the Invesco All World (have since bought another one so far this month and will buy one more this month to make sure I’m not charged a custody fee). I requested a transfer from Chip to IG which was completed yesterday (5 working days). I received an email within one day stating that i would receive the bonus rate of 8.5% until 31st August. What I failed to comprehend, even though it was mentioned in their blurb, is that I can earn 8.5% in the GIA share dealing account on uninvested cash that was opened when I signed up. Wish I hadn’t filled up my regular savers this month and had put it in there instead (I’m a non-taxpayer). If it hadn’t been for this thread I don’t think I would have opened the account, so I’m glad I saw it, everything has run smoothly and so far I’m happy.0

I pondered about reducing the amounts to my regular savers too, but decided that it was probably sensible not to pile everything in IG, just in case.Statement of Affairs (SOA) link: https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/financecalculators/soa.phpFor free, non-judgemental debt advice, try: Stepchange or National Debtline.
