our boundary report has come through today and shows that our neighbour is over our land by between 6-7 meters. Part of his property has been built on our garden. So bickering over the fence line now pales into insignificanceThis is something we have to decide if we want to pursue or not.

I hope you and your neighbours have good LP because this could cost you both thousands of pounds if you don't have LP.
You could ask the neighbours to buy the land they have borrowed at a very high price to stop any legal proceedings from you.1 -
I wouldn’t suggest offering to sell him the land just yet. Let the penny drop first that he might be asked to remove the building and then he’ll be relieved to hear you suggest itGather ye rosebuds while ye may1
