Please advise all and any of your agents and subcontractors of same.

You may have to send proof of identification (but don't send photo ID)
Just write to the CNBC with change of address by email at CaseProgression.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

Of course but I usually cover that with all and any of your agents and subcontractors I guess belt and braces won't hurt.
