"In regards to the email is it this one I email the defence; MCOLITassistance@justice.gov.uk?"

    No.
ahh Apologies, of course the Civil National Business Centre?
Item 4 in the 'first twelve steps' part of the opening post of the template Defence thread clearly spells out the correct email address.
It's in bold, you can't miss it.

Thanks guys. So i emailed them and havent heard off them until a letter for Notice of Proposed Allocation to the small claims track.

    1, defended claim
    Etc etc
Complete questionnaire form n180 file it with court office.

I also was sent a letter from DCB Legal to my old address that their client intends to proceed with the claim.

Does state the client may be prepared to settle this case and to call 0203 838 7038 within 7 days.

So I can't seem to find what to do next on the multiple threads. Can anyone advice or put a direct link to the next steps?

In other news, I hope everyone is enjoying the sun!

Old address?  Have you sent a Data Rectification Notice to the PPC informing them of your latest address for service and requiring them to ERASE any old data and inform all and any of their agents and sub-contractors of same?

Of course you don't phone a scam industry!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So what service address did you give to the CNBC when you moved from your house to your van?
You can't miss postal letters from CNBC.

I had a care of address for the mail. Im going to have time to look at it today and do this questionnaire. Also the van was also shared with my partner so who knows who was driving it! Really growing a dislike to this case law stuff and we contract into things without fully understanding it

So ive gathered this for the DRN,

(Skip if you know what it is)
    "

    Please make the following changes:
Specify the data to be corrected here.

In case you have disclosed the affected personal data to one or more recipients as defined in Article 4(9) GDPR, you have to communicate my request for rectification of the affected personal data to each recipient as laid down in Article 19 GDPR. Please also inform me about those recipients.

My request explicitly includes any other services and companies for which you are the controller as defined by Article 4(7) GDPR.

As laid down in Article 12(3) GDPR, you have to confirm the rectification to me without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request.

I am including the following information necessary to identify me:
Enter your identification data here. This often includes information like your name, your date of birth, your address, your email address and so on.

If you do not answer my request within the stated period, I am reserving the right to take legal action against you and to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.

    Thank you in advance.

    Yours sincerely,

    Enter your name here."

Now, my question is do I need to send this to the Claimant and/or DCB Legal Ltd?
I gather I still need to email/file the questionnaire to CNBC?
