Good Afternoon - I have now completed the Letter at the beginning of CouponMads 'Small Claim' Thread. I have two points. 1. I am assuming i do not include the 1st paragraph because i have already confirmed my address when i had the independent review from POPLA. 2. I notice that it mentions 'Do not send a letter'. There is no e-mail address on the 'Letter Before Action'. Should i send it to the 'Return Address' ? The best of regards.......0

In addition to the above comment, should i mention in the letter the 'UK wide ban on the '5 minute rule'0

It never hurts to remind PPCs or solicitors of your current address for service and also make sure they ERASE your old data. If you do mention the 5-minute rule, they might realise you know what you are talking about and cancel it immediately.3

You can do, but ideally you should email it instead, after finding a suitable email address for whoever sent that LoC, in your case it seems to be CEL that posted the letter, so email it to their litigation team1

Good Morning All.
It has been two weeks now since i sent the 'Small Claim Template' to 'Civil Enforcements' legal team on the 1st of July. I have not heard anything back from them. Is this their normal course of action to ignore people ?0
