1.The Claimant do file and serve a fully particularised reply to defence by "date".Their response had bits about the particulars of my defence, but some towards the standard text we were using at the time here in the forum. Is it ok for me to post their response here while the case is ongoing? I'm presuming they can find and read this if they can be bothered.
