How did you email them on the portal? All I can see is 'raise a query' but that only allows 200 characters to be entered. Am I just being blind?0

Just out of interest, what is the reason for doing this once you have received the LoC/LBC? I have had a pretty generic reply from them. Is it just to push the timings back by 30 days?0
