Ok thanks , what do you recommend I complain about, ie how should I structure the email? Just for context, I am still receiving emails now saying they have not received my documents even though I have a delivery response email from them . Thanks for your help.0

That is exactly what you complain about
You sent the documents on dd/mm/yyyy , received the auto email response and yet the CNBC failed to process the received documents, so are failing to do their jobs properly and you have received an unjust CCJ due to their negligence, which you believe to be a common failure at the CNBC2
