...and does your MCOL Claim History confirm that it was received in a timely manner?

If it does, then that means that you have until 4pm on Wednesday 14th May to file a Defence so ignore my suggestion that you file a cut down version.

    Instead...

To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an AOS has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Nobody is going to suggest anything different. This is standard stuff, takes just minutes to sign/date & email.

Everything is explained in the first 12 steps.

@Pshtiger2025, please re-read my post that you have just quoted.
I think that answers your question.

Thanks All, I have emailed as suggested and the reply says can take up to 10days to hear back. Does the sending of this email fit within the time line to file a defence? I think I am correcting in saying I had 30days from the 11th of April to file?

Yes. But log in to check MCOL every week to make sure the CNBC don't forget to update it.

The bar is good news. Stops any CCJ. They have your defence but haven't updated the history yet.
