Hi - jumping on this thread ,  thanks

Follow the advice by coupon mad in the 12 steps in the defence template thread

    1) Email the N180 DQ document to the DQ email address at the CNBC,  no posting required

    2) yes, email a copy to SIP as well

But please stick to your own thread in future for further advice,  otherwise it's confusing for everyone

Hi, Please can someone help. MCOL is saying this

A claim was issued against you on 11/04/2025

Your acknowledgment of service was received on 30/04/2025

Your defence was received on 21/05/2025

DQ sent to you on 21/05/2025

DQ filed by claimant on 16/06/2025

    Case Stay Lifted on 08/08/2025

General sanctions order was made on 08/08/2025

However I recieved a letter yesterday titled General Form of Judgement or order dated  8/8/2025 with 7 days to reply, yet i only recieved yesterday.

Im confused as i thought i was awaiting a court date?

No, you were waiting for the N180 to arrive and be dealt with,  as explained in the 8 steps in the defence template thread , they sent it on 21st may

You should download the N180 DQ document ASAP,  fill it in and email it to the CNBC

Your new court order probably mentions it

No your next stage was the N180, Directions Questionnaire and after you send that back, next comes the mediation phone call.

See the 8 steps in the Template Defence thread. You are currently in breach of a court letter. Why have you failed to return the DQ? Didn't it arrive?

Hi,  Thanks for your reply, Yes I emailed the N180 to both DQ.CNBC and to SIP. I did get an acknowledgement email from DQ.CNBC. This was sent on the 3rd June (deadline was 9th June). I have also forwarded that email yesterday to DQ.CNBC. What do you think I have to do in this situation? Thanks

The CNBC do have problems in recording emailed paperwork , so it's a very common problem , your claim history should have shown that the DQ was logged by mid June,  it clearly doesn't , it was a common problem in May and June

I hope that you put   URGENT,  UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS plus the claim reference number into your new email yesterday  ?  Adding a copy of the N180 DQ document and also proof of receipt of the auto response in June !

You should have told us this valuable information yesterday,  because our advice would have been the sentence in bold, above

Personally,  I would do it again,  with the attachments and details I mentioned,  because its urgent and needs recording ASAP , checking for a new email auto response , then check your MCOL claim history a couple of times every week until it's been recorded,  dont sit on it,  doing nothing until it's back on track,  like the others

I also suggest that you change your non descript thread title to something more suitable like
