The order in October struck out the claim; have you received anything that leads you to believe it has been reinstated by court order?
No I have had nothing from the court nor any formal court application from Moorside, just this poxy email, several months too late after the case has already been struck out.

I think they appealed the Order. After all, I did predict this, so they are not too late:

Oooh I would hold onto your paperwork safely because if you didn't receive the August Order there is a likelihood that nor did Moorside.

If I am right, then this will be resurrected.

I would email the local court to say you want a copy of the August Order as it wasn't received by you as Defendant. Ask them to confirm that

it was at least posted to the C's representatives

    and

if it was also posted out to you, which address did they use?
Did you ask the court what I told you to ask? The two questions above?  This wasn't going away if neither of you were served with an order. It was bound to be unpicked.

Now you'll have to ring the court next week because it looks like you are missing TWO Orders now so what address are they using?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have contacted the court and confirmed that the order remains struck out. They have written back to the claimant to tell them so following this latest email.
