    Yes it is over!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

We assume you were never sent Amended POC? Therefore they crashed and burned.

Show us both Orders please (only cover your name and claim number). We might be able to add them to @Le_Kirk's judgments

    IT IS ORDERED THAT
    1. As it appears that amended particulars of claim have not been filed and served, the claim was automatically struck out pursuant to paragraph three of the Order dated 29 August 2025.

Please tell me this is the end of this debacle?!?! :)
Certainly looks like it.  Keep that judgment safe in case the claimant "tries it on".

Let's see actual photos of the August order and this one please. Le_Kirk can only add these to his judgments link if they are shown as photo evidence of strike out orders.

I never actually received an order from 29th August - the last letter I received before this was 9th August to say it was being transferred to my local court for allocation.

Oooh I would hold onto your paperwork safely because if you didn't receive the August Order there is a likelihood that nor did Moorside.

If I am right, then this will be resurrected.

I would email the local court to say you want a copy of the August Order as it wasn't received by you as Defendant. Ask them to confirm that it was at least posted to the C's representatives and if it was also posted out to you, which address did they use?

Oh yes I will do. They have the right address for me as I’ve received the others. But I will check nonetheless. Cheers

I have today received further particulars of claim via email from Moorside Legal, and they have also copied in my local court office. My understanding is that, given the claim was struck out, they are unable to do this without applying to the court to set aside the strike out judgement and reinstate the claim? I have not received anything application for such. I think they are just trying it on (very badly!!) - I therefore plan to just ignore this email and wait and see if I receive anything further from the court themselves?

    Depends what the Order says.

    What was their deadline?

What did it say for you to do?

The order in October struck out the claim; have you received anything that leads you to believe it has been reinstated by court order?
