Attaching screenshot of my inquiry in Reddit as it won't let me copy paste.
I have until next Monday to submit my response and was hoping to submit my defence at the same time. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Post a redacted picture of the claim form after hiding the following 5 details first

    On the left

    Name
    Address
    VRM details

    On the right
    Claim reference number
    Password

Ensure that all the above cannot be read.

You MUST type words outside the image, in your reply.  You can't only post a pic and no words.

Presumably its an N1SDT claim & DCB Legal. Usual bog standard rubbish. Easy to beat.

This is the claim form. Looks standard and legit although I can't get the password to work on the website despite using the correct claim No. (Image removed by Forum Team)

    Yes you can.

You are mistaking a capital I (eye) for a lower case l (ell) - or vice versa - like everyone does!

@IvyViles You've left your vehicle's VRM showing. You'll need to cover that up. I've asked the forum team to remove that picture for now.

Already reported it after i noticed, thank you for doing the same.

There's no I in the claim no or password so it's not that. All digits are correct but i can't log in.

I'm assuming the forms go back to the Northampton address?

My worry is how much evidence is needed.

Login does work. It'll be a zero taken as a Capital O, then.

There are no "fines" they were invoices.
There are no debts only alleged debts, and they have not been sold on the claims still remain with the parking company.
The parking company cannot just change the terms and conditions without notice.

The claimant is a private parking company who service a block of flats. It's their responsibility to inform the residents of any changes to parking restrictions and they haven't done this.
Since the letter from HMCTS is legit I'm putting together evidence and completing the forms with a defence claim.
I also email both companies to tell them my intentions and that i won't be paying.
I'm just a bit clueless in terms of what happens next and who judges this. It's not clear who I'm sending the forms back to, but i assume it's the HMCTS Northampton address.
