Well then I've f*ked it up and we'll have to see.
I'm now researching worst case scenario-  and if these are accurate I think it's worth going all the way to court purely out of principle.
The fact is they didn't communicate parking rule changes and i was previously legally registered to park with them.

Please show us what you put in as the defence, given you chose not to follow the 'first 12 steps' set out in the Template Defence thread we also don't know and are in the dark about what you put in as your defence.

The counterclaim was never advised and that has wasted a fee, sadly.

I simply listed the facts about the rule changes without any communication from them and that i have proof that my car was registered with them.
I also mentioned that I'd tried to speak to both companies to request information about the issue and they each referred me back to the other company. There isn't much information to share at this stage because it's all stemming from a lack of information and communication on their part.
